I was looking back at some old photos from when I first got the Mog nearly three years ago and comparing it to how it is now and I just wonder whether I actually prefer the cleaner look of the front end without the spots and badges I'm just wondering whether to de-clutter - what do my learn-ned fellows think ? This is a photo from when I first got the Mog, my only addition being the bonnet strap And this is how it is now ( just before I fitted the wind deflectors)

Both looks are good. I like the spots and badge bar - especially the badges.

I know how you feel it took me 3 years before I added badges as did not like the cluttered look but everybody else did so put 3 badges on I also have a badge bar on the garage wall where I put extra badges as I refuse to have more than 3 at one time this I think still keeps some of that minimalist look. Every 6 months replace some with others to change the look. Variety is the spice of life.

Side note ... I also like the round mirrors more About the front, I think the car looks great, and the badges always look the part. You can try to take out the extra pair of lights (but leaving the badges) and check if you like it more. Or you can just leave it as it is. With four seats the car is more than entitled to have that many headlights too !

Both look good it's such a personal call.
I prefer the minimal look on mine as I think it compliments the simple purity of the cars lines.
The non blue number plate is an improvement which I share with you.

I like the spots, i always think they suit the mog completely. Not keen on the badges though, the car is a beautiful piece of art and needs no more decoration IMHO. I'd better go hide under a chair now... Nick
