I like a clean look without spots and badges, but with bumpers.

Jens, re. the 4/4 I also have not added spots, she looks so nice w/o in her narrow size. I guess Stewart's car looks a bit wider.

smaller spots and lose the badge bar/badges for me Stewart As others have said, it's all down to personal choice - but the car looks great and doesn't need all the 'extras'James

H Stewart, im thinking about fitting spots as driving living lights on my roadster, a couple of questions;
Did you fit Cibie,s, are they wired as spots ie only on on main beam , and is there a significant improvement in night vision?
I think yours looks good but really im only looking for stronger night vision.
thanks

You need a BHP upgrade to overcome the extra wind resistance.

The spots are Cibie copies made by SIM - got them on eBay for around £70 They came with a black coated back which I primed and sprayed to body colour with a clear coat Very pleased with the quality - I have compare them to real Oscars and the only difference is that the front bezels on mine are polished stainless and a tiny bit thinner to the heavier chromed bezel of the Cibie's The glass lenses are good quality as well and I've put an H1 lamp in One of the reasons I asked about the front end is that I've asked Lifes Motors to wire them up to the main beam next week when it goes into its service and so I've prepared the wiring but haven't connected them up yet but if I was going to remove them or swap them then I'll delay
