I have weights on the outside (including the beer gut), Allon White told me it was an EU regulation!!! 3 beer for anyone who is able to present this regulation in writing! I could find ones about lead weights (2010/53/EG) but only recommendations about being on opposite side to brake equipment for the clip on type.

Will have to change the tyres on my 2011 3L Roadster this summer. Presently have Avon ZZ5 but has anybody recently changed to Toyo Proxes T1? Had these on the last Roadster when I bought it and they were fine. Any views! Regarding balance weights I like them hidden, stick on at the back work for me.

I have a set of Firestone 560s on my 4/4 which replaced the original Conti CT22s and were definitely better, especially in the wet. However they are now 10 years old so I am going to replace them for safety, not wear. The Vredestein T-Trac 2 in 165/80x15 seem to be the obvious choice - but has anyone tried the Toyo 330s which are also available in that size?
Thanks Nigel

Thought 330s were no longer made, superceded by 340s? Could be wrong, I often am

Found this thread re 330's on a 4/4: Toyo 330s on 4/4 Sport Sounds like a good recommendation.
