I completed the round trip from Minnesota to Augusta in the M3W - 3030 miles total, almost all 2 lane roads. Nothing fell off the car. The meeting was excellent, met many nice and well informed M3W aficionados, many thanks to Duncan, Mark, and Grahame for putting this together. I counted 25 M3Ws, roughly 10 5-speeders, and 15 vintage cars. I now know more about JAP and Matchless motors than I thought possible. Great roads through Kentucky, Tennessee, and north Georgia.
It would be fun to get the upper Midwest owners together for a meeting at S&S sometime. I was within 10 miles of the factory on the return trip, was tempted to stop in, but decided to save that for another trip.

Sounds like a fabulous trip. A Midwest gathering sounds great...would definitely plan to participate.
