Rather a shame, I've known the publishing team since they first started. A difficult job producing a monthly magazine with limited interest and circulation and hard to connect with the bunch of old farts who own elderly Morgans. I'm not surprised that it has eventually folded. Well, as I only bought a very few copies and didn't find it that interesting; that must make me an old f*rt and Stanley, an elderly Morgan.  I've definitely got an elderly Morgan, and I suppose I must be an old fart, but I do feel sorry that MOG magazine has folded. I gave them 2 year's worth of subscription but in the end I found the unrelenting hagiography just a teensy bit too much to take. I'm quite happy to read manufacturer's advertising copy, but I don't expect to have to pay for the privilege.

Haliography - what a great word Tim!
And fits well with most of MOG Mag content.
I have to admit enjoying some sections. The Day in the Life Of and supplier reviews plus as said earlier our TMers copy..

Agreed on hagiography - an apt description of the clear deference shown to MMC So, what will MMC do now for advertising copy and super colour spreads, or has everyone descended to getting their fix online? And uncle Melvyn's magazine; is it any good?

lets hope that the MSCC magazine will print more of the sort of articles Mog Mag ran.....

Whilst I bought the magazine most months, I always found it a bit like a Chinese meal, ultimately not filling, when you first opened it, you thought there was plenty of interesting reading, but after a few minutes it just didn't seem to be worth carrying on, I'm still ploughing my way through the edition before last, with the Plus 8 in a ring of fire on the cover.
However I will be sorry to see it go, it was a brave attempt but maybe they should have been a bit braver with their opinions?

I suspect that as it was so pro the factory, the factory may have been supporting it and that has been withdrawn. Hence it cannot survive.

OK it's a lightweight read but does/did cover some interesting non mog topics and was often the first with breaking news from MMC.
