My guess is someone has manoeuvred the car by pulling on the steering wheel - that is way out of true!

My M3W had the same issue. I bought it used though. I replaced it with a wood Moto- Lita.

That's clearly damage and not a manufacturing defect. I think the factory export the cars with a longer bolt through the quick release boss to avoid the wheel being stolen or lost from the car.

I'd hazard a guess that between the factory gates and your eager hands upon delivery, 'someone' has attempted to get in & out without the wheel being removed & caused the damage.

It may also be that someone has pushed the car using the wheel to steer & pushed or pulled too hard.

I've fixed your video link, too. Shame I can't fix your wheel..!
