What is the Avo / Mullbery version you mention?

Will, have a look in Gomog for suspension details. A link to Mullberry is in the bespoke parts section. AVO supplied shocks developed by Rutherford Engineering for Morgans. Tim Ayres now sells them. I fitted them on my car last year if you remember. Rutherford developed the rear suspension hoop that Morgan went on to use.
Peter Mulberry developed independant front suspension and sells via Mulfab.
Peter Ballard developed the Suplex systems ( front and rear) that are the latest options.

As detailed above by Sospan. They are a long-standing alternative to Suplex, and made in Britain (not sure about the source for Suplex).
I was expecting Suplex but was supplied with AVO, as the supplier has had quality issues with the adjustment point (breaking off)...

Suplex cured my nodding straight away. 70,000 miles later and still no nodding, so once you've got it finally adjusted, you should be beaming from ear to ear.

. Thanks for that encouragement, we have now done about 200 miles and the nodding is improving. The strangest thing about this is the fact we had no nodding with the standard factory set up. MMMMM..
we will give it a few more miles and then return to Williams for some adjustment.

I have only done around 100-200 miles since upgrading (not Suplex).
There was some nodding at first, but it is settling down well.
I am no longer frightened of potholes!

Oh, and the steering bearings have made a hell of a difference to the previous arm-wrenching low speed manoeuvring games.
Not sure of any difference with brake reaction stays, but it all helps.

If it is settling down the only thing that I can think is that there is a little stiction in the new kingpins and bushes which is causing the effect, and that as they "run in" the suspension is starting to work as it should.

Certainly not something that I have experienced but perhaps my new bushes were not so tight on the kingpins.

I have had new hard chrome king pins and phosphor bronze bushes to replace the old plastic Devol bushes.
Thanks for the heads up on some likely stiction until it all settles much more over the next 1000 miles.
