Good gracious that's pretty nasty
I'm not excusing the Morgan but the Peogeut looks to be going extremely fast and also I'm surprised it didn't just swerve to overtake as there looks to be plenty of space over on the right. The driver had time to slam the horn so had time to react and pull to the right surely

Very poor driving by the Morgan driver end of story.
Luckily the poster submitted this to the police so justice will have been done despite him trying to do a runner.

Not excusing the Morgan driver, but the road was closing very soon to one lane and a 50 limit, so perhaps the Pug driver should have been a little more circumspect.

You can see people standing there at the end of the video.

So not all Mog drivers are very careful ! Was the chap with the vid camera aware this was going to happen as he must have been ready for it ! Looks a bit like the A12 , an event going on with folks standing on the roadsde and drivers getting a bit gung ho ?
