The 3 wheeler is basically assembled by morgan, i believe. I know they make the ash frame. Do they make anything else? The three wheeler is a much more standardised assembly than the 4 wheelers. The ash frame is really only a token to Morgan tradition and the car could have been built just as easily with another type of frame, as the several Not-a-Morgan 3 wheelers have shown. The ash frame, however, does have an advantage in light weight, strength and resilience.

Morgan does the ash frame, interior and paint. Other than that, it's all assembly.

Yes definitly the paint on the body and fenders. I thought the 3 wheeler interior trim was farmed out for some reason.

Anyway, back to topic. All harleys are no longer 100% air cooled, i dont see how S&S can make the new emission standard without at least liquid cooling the heads.

Likewise the new 2016 Triumph Bonneville. The engine looks as if it is air cooled, but unlike the 2001 version the heads are water cooled. The water cooling also helps the motor meet noise regulations, I'm told.

The Moto Guzzi California is Euro 4 with air and oil cooling and with an independant pump for the oil cooling and a thermostat controlled radiator fan. 1380cc engine developing 71 kW (96 CV) at 6500 rpm and 121 Nm at 3000 rpm. Fly by wire, ABS, traction control, cruise control, multi mode ECU (Touring, Sport, Rain, etc.) Hmmm!
