Apologies if this is a repost. Aero spotted in Dubai The video comes from a youtube channel that typically features 4-digit horsepower (eg. twin turbo Huracan), 200+ mph 1-mile drag cars, and street racing. It's great to see enthusiasm for a Morgan from a host that has seen everything...except a Morgan. The dealership salesman seems excited about Morgans, even if he gets the engine displacement and horsepower figures wrong.

Too many louvres around for my taste.  Did I hear it right? 4.4 liters (min 2:13)  400bhp? Believe it (min 2:55) 1/200... Really? (min 3:10)

Too many louvres around for my taste.
Given the outside temperatures in the UAE I figure the Aero needs all the vents it can get!

Does anyone actually have any idea how many have been/are to be produced? I understood that they only had a finite supply of engines (rumoured to be circa 250 at time I ordered in March '15) to be shared with the Plus 8 and since I hear that no new orders are being taken for Aeros, only 'expressions of interest', this suggests the current build/order book has already accounted for the current supply of V8s.....

It seems that that they were not able (or more probably, willing) to provide full, consistent production numbers for the Aero Supersports/Aero Coupe -with production now ended. I double they will disclosure numbers for the Serie 5.

I doubt they will disclosure numbers for the Serie 5. I do wonder... they seem to be making around 1 1/2 Aeros a week. I'm basing that on the time it took to get from my chassis #80 to chassis #100 to the same stage of production. & extrapolating that to the last build slot being Sept this year (I hear), then that's around 140-150 cars, give or take factory shutdowns. I'm sure further digging would reveal a more accurate count. Or simply watching the chassis numbers as they go through the factory (assuming they're produced in numerical sequence!) Will

I'm glad my dealer didn't rag my car around when it had just been delivered.
The headrests have AR Racing monograms - is it an AR special of some sort?
Rear wheels don't look quite centred in the arches.

3 at the factory today weren't either  .. they were biased towards the front of the car.

It's in the range of options you can have the AR, Morgan or Aero monogram on the seats
