I am very traditional, but admire the Aero greatly.

We've 2 Trads (4/4 4 Seater and a +8) and 2 Aero's. Hopefully getting another 4/4 2 Seater or possibly +4 later this year.

I own a +4 Four Seater. My guess: less than 5% own a traditional Morgan but maybe they just don't post smile Roderich

We also have Massimo from Italy, who posts. And, iirc, Camelman also has/had a Trad Morgan. I know there are others from their reg details but it's early, I need a coffee and I'll let them post for themselves coffee

Hi Nick, what is your interest +4 or 8? I have remained faithfull to the 4/4 2Str ever since my first 'Basket Case' car back in the 60's. Nearly went for a +4 this time round, but in the end ordered another 4/4; should be being built as we speak: I forgot, it's a Sunday! Already two days into the working week here.

Although some of my cars have had a 'Fast Road/Rally' conversion carried out. Speed and Morgans on 'normal' roads are not necessarily compatible! I was a 'passenger'in a +8 whose owner wanted to demonstrate its performance and his 'skill' to me; a trip I have tried to erase from my mind.

I recently sold two traditional cars (one a racer I used for hillclimbs and sprints) and one a fast 4/4 road/competition car.

The Aero is my main road Mog but I very much hope to get a trad car (probably a crossflow 4/4) next year for use in sprints, hillclimbs, PCTS' and historic rallies.

I have a '96 4/4 Connaught Green. I love the new shape series 3 but am unlikely ever to have the euro to own one! I am hoping that the new trad on the series 1 Aero 8 chassis will turn out to be more affordable!!!

Thank you Simon... you do remember me! (although I'm not so regular in writing, I browse Talkmorgan quite everyday)
Really, in my opinion, there's no split between Aero and Trad fans: for my taste (and wallet too...) my +4 is the most suitable car, but love indeed Aero pics and news. cheers

hi Camelman, at this moment my interest is in saving for one winky . once I have the pence in the bank I will start considering my options.

At this moment I just enjoy the banter on the forum and hearing other peoples stories. it helps to keep me sane while I save. cheers
