3D Print ?
Drill their old cap. 3D Print the logo on a flat cap with a nut backing.

Yes, that was the idea. Later I will post a pic of the TD center cap, ugly in shape, color and logo (even if I think I will soon fit it until when I do not sove it properly). A new 3D printed logo is anyhow already on its way from Lithuania. Now I am looking to find a flat center cap with right size to do something similar to what you proposed.

I'm now more confused than ever about the wheels used on recent Aero based models.
Tarka, a 2013 build Plus 8, has 19" forged alloy wheels made by Rays Engineering in Japan. They have 7 pairs of spokes, but look as if they are 14 spokes. I understand that these are as fitted to the Aeromax. But a trawl through web photos of Aeromax cars suggests that not all of the Aeromax cars had these wheels.
Were these ever fitted as standard to any Aero, including the Aeromax, or are they a special (expensive?) option?
Anyone able to explain how they were supplied and fitted and to what cars?

They were first used for the Max.
Following this everyone loved them and usually they ended up being ordered as paid options. I think supply (and price) became an issue for Morgan at some point.

I could be wrong... but: Aeromax prototype: stunning 3 pieces forged wheels (do not know the manufacturer) Aeromax: forged rays engineering 14 spokes Aerosupersports: early models casted Fondmetal 10 spokes (quite similar to the kahn wheels). Later, whatever you wanted, but in my COC -certificate of conformity- only 19 inches are listed Aerocoupe: both the fondmetal and the rays Plus8: standard the 18 6 spokes with the polished lip (cannot remind the manufacturer but listed in one of the TM threads in this section), option rays or fondmetal Aero 8: too many to remember Expensive? Any wheel you buy from the factory is expensive. If you are patient you can get them from manufacturer. It is all linked to your commitment and time you want to spend on this.

Peter, I was told that the Rays/Volk 7xtwinspoke 19inch forged alloys were standard for the Aeromax (all three examples I viewed had them, one in black painted).
If you discount the very many online pictures of the '05 plated 2006 press launch car which had a different wheel (20 spoke 3-piece split-rim with hex centre caps) every other picture I have has the wheels you describe. Subsequently, the Aeromax wheel was available as an option on the SuperSports.
Edit - I should have waited and seen Ale's much more comprehensive post!

I believe these were the default wheels for most of the models. Happy to be corrected. Series 2 (also end of S1) Series 3-4 AeroMax Supersport/Coupe Aero +8 Speedster Series 5

Alistair, everyone,
Thanks for the explanation, I now understand. I'm very fortunate to have the Jays 14 spoke 19" Aeromax wheels on Tarka!
They look simply gorgeous.
