Having had my plus 4 new for 4 months still haven't quite mastered folding it neatly .Having folded roof back ,it's when I push material out from horizontal position ,sometimes still partly under bar,and then having pushed material out and then back under to tuck in ,material in corners looks a mess . No doubt second nature to everyone!

The only real way to keep it looking slightly neat is to cover it. Either with a hood cover or the tonneau cover. There are a couple of tricks to using the tonneau cover and to get the best results I had mine modified to a 3 zip cover. PS. I have just posted some photos at http://www.talkmorgan.com/ubbthreads.php/galleries/446077/3_Zip_Tonneau_Cover

Are you undoing the straps holding the roof to the side-rails?

I have got a plus 4 with a mohair hood. I also have a hood stowage cover. I found the trick was "to take your time" and ensure each fold starting with rear window segment is "neatly pleated" across the full length particularly at each end. Then the long front section is pleated "twice" to ensure the folded screen remains narrow across its length. Then the forward ends with poppers will neatly tuck down side of frame between side panel. Also when folded like this, if I use the cover, it fits easily and there is no problem with poppers or locking folded hood own. Having said all of the above I agree with Gambalunga. It only looks really neat when the hood cover or tonneau is on.Hope this helps.

Don't forget to put a towel in the fold where the window faces come into contact to prevent that scratch line across the centre of the window as with most "ragtops"
