Welcome. I hope it is as good as you hope. We are of course biased on this but the grin factor alone is a real benefit from owning a Mog.

Will do John and thanks again for that.

Just googling Morgans now. Is this still true about greasing the front suspension every couple of hundred miles?

No problem if so but how do guys who can't for some reason manage it themselves, do they pay someone to do it a few times a year?

Cheers.

Every 500 miles is soon enough Kenny lots of people leave it until 1,000mls.

Any garage will do it for you for a small cost it's a 10 minute job. Check they have not been too keen excess grease has been known to find it's way onto the front brake discs.

It's a good idea to tighten everything up with a spanner every 1,000 anyway and generally check all is well under there.

A bit of instruction on here.

gomog is quite a handy site to read every now and then for information.

That's a new one! Welcome from sunny Scotland, if you get the inclination I recommend the 500. It is getting busy, just hope it doesn't become a victim of its popularity.
PS - I hope you like fish. You'll find out.

Great info Richard and thanks. As I say no worries, just surprised.

I'm very used to doing spanner checks on Caterhams and to a lesser degree on Lotus so I'll keep this up with the Morgan.

I've not owned a grease gun for years so will tool up with a nice new one.

Seems the nipples are easy to get at anyway hopefully.

Again the advice is much appreciated.
Cheers.

Grease nipple remote blocks can be fitted to the front just under the bonnet which have pipes going down to the original nipples , two each side of the car to make the job a piece of cake ! A must !

Good shout Max. I'll check them out. Is it a Morgan factory part?
