Which? tested them & all the top scoring cams were Nextbase. The top scoring 312GW delux at £99 got 72%. The 212 Lite at £69 got 71% but does not have GPS. They say features to look for are GPS, G-force sensors and parking mode.
The main use for them is to capture video of incoming asteroids.

I would agree re the parking mode. I wish I had one installed when I parked the Coupe in Reading and some ****** damaged it.

I'm in the office at the moment but am looking forward to watching this tonight... Despite visiting Rome and Milan a dozen times (with some Umbrian and Tuscan visiting in between), I can honestly say I do not know Italy.

Milanese drivers, smart, fast, a little pushy.
Roman drivers, fast, never look behind, push hard.
Napoli drivers, drive it like you stole it - and are being chased.

Really enjoyed that video.... I was living it! smile

Golly those are narrow streets and roads - so many opportunities to catch a wheel rim or worse.

Yes it was was actually helpful to be right hand drive as I could judge the kerb and car better when it got a bit squeeeeeeky. Como was even closer in some cases.
