Like the VW Variant from the 60-70's.Would be interesting to see an Aero station wagon 😉

+1  Also the chap that draws the different versions of Morgan...could be Jon Wells incognito. So it could well be a shooting brake with a new twin turbo V6 or a small block Chevy V8 with triple carbs and a blower along with extra extra louvers  Hopefully though its an announcement to say they have finally figured out how to make a convertible that doesn't leak

Did that VERY short clip sound like the standard V8 engine? They've run out of V8s and have a surplus supply of S&S motors so they have coupled 4 of them together in line

Remember this from January 2016?
Morgan Motor Company is pleased to announce that it will lead a £6m project to develop new powertrain technologies, in collaboration with UK companies Delta Motorsport and Potenza Technology. With funding from the UK’s Advanced Propulsion Centre, the consortium will develop hybrid and electric powertrain systems which will significantly reduce vehicle CO2 emissions and deliver best-in-class fuel economy.
It would be nice to hear what they've been up to with our money for the last 18 months. A new powertrain for the Aero?

I'm sure the Aero Chassis will run on, with new powertrains. Hybrid? for sure. Electric? possibly. But I'm not in the know, just a logical conclusion!!
I hope that a nice, modern 3L 6 cylinder motor with twin turbos is also part of the future: my experience with the AMG version of the Mercedes 3.0L V6 convinces me that these engines can be "fun". Interestingly the intercooler is air/water, not air/air. Much more compact.

It could be wide variety of things so I'll start with a few rumours. 1/ Morgan have just discovered that Friday is before Saturday and wish the world to know. 2/ During a recent stock take a batch of unused old Rover v8 were found so aero production will continue into the future. 3/ My car is ready for collection from servicing  4/ Sir Ranulph Fiennes has offered to speak at the alternative Mog 17 dinner 5/ we've nothing to announce but though we'd give those on TM something to speculate on for a few days Sorry missed one out. Seeing the cones in the video 6/ the guy that crashed the aero on the road test the other week has successfully retaken his driving test   1+5 for me.
