Umm, no it's just that. Polished & bare aluminium..
I like the idea of Aeroman's old car owner, namely get it sorted properly and get some paint protection film on it to preserve the shine.. Just one photo so far, have asked for more. The whole car is covered in PPF...  Looks stunning, certainly better than when I took delivery when new! 🤔

Good to hear you are staying in the fold.  The car looks great. Windolene is supposed to be good for cleaning polished bodywork, or so I read in a Caterham forum some while back! Enjoy the car... silly comment as I know you will!
