Looks like a good concept that will improve even further with a soft top. But 90k before add ons! You can get a decent 911 for that and with no disrespect to TVR, the 911 will be better built, perform better and has a more upmarket feel.
TVR have the same problem as Lotus - the difficulty of moving a brand up market and up price when it has a well established image as down market and down price. Its the reason that VW invented Audi.

Going to be a tough market as its 10 years since they have been gone and much has changed. They are competing against quality cars as well. Not the same type of market as Morgan as its not retro !

I agree. Going in against that market sector will be tough. Hopefully for TVR their image of sonething different to mainstream will help. Niche mentallity.
Morgan are already established with a wider range of cars so a better structure.
I hope TVR come good.

Morgan should be worried (?), there again if the new TVR's will be driven by medallion men like the previous ones they have nothing to worry about !😝 Having been camped on a few occasions at the Le Mans 24 Hour next to the TVR Club, they were all proper petrol-heads and very sociable. We shared more than a few beers. I was always sad to see the demise of TVR. Their cars were great (IMHO) I really hope that the new venture succeeds, but I would be more confident if they were pitching their cars in the £40,000 to £60,000 bracket. One thing you can be certain though: it will go like stink.

You can't build carbon fibre cars cheaply.
Limited to a run of 500 and 300 already signed for it'll be nice to see one in the wild.
