My recommendation is.. Pilates - great for strengthening the 'Inner core' and... A pair of reclining seats from Allon White. Over 3 years now and get better all the time. memory foam, heated and great lumbar support (adjustable). Transformed my back problems. I had fixed back seats. Tapering the original seat mounts helped but new seats cured it. Over 12,000 happy miles.

I passed the details on to my daughter who suffers and she says the exercises are amazing and effective.

Nick  really pleased it's helped I spent a fortune on a chiropractor and physio without any progress but within 2 weeks of doing the excersises, the sciatica went. I'm not totally back pain free but it's definitely made a huge difference
