Thankfully the cars being repaired under warranty but I don't think it looks good for the future.....

Agree, repairing units could be a good cottage industry for someone with the skill and knowledge.

PCB's have much to be desired and problems such as fog light or headlights staying on maybe down to bad design of the actual PCB.

I'm told the quality of the PCB is not great

Does anyone have a spare knackered PCB I could look at please?

I had the same problem with the Plus 8...in that the circuit board failed: everything still worked, but all the warning lights died. The cause was moisture ingress. I still find it strange that the module isn't water resistant...

Milligoon of this place has been long concerned about the circuit board: he attributes the slow discharge of the battery on many Morgans to issues with the dash module.

There is, very probably, a market for a redesigned, waterproof and robust version....

As an electronics engineer we could get a batch of well made reliable encapsulated boards made at a fraction of the price just need the circuit diagram and an old boared to start with anty TM ers help with this.

Extra features could be added too maybe a tracker etc
