Dear all
I have just collected "Madge" from having a "bit" of a paint job done (quite a bit really!). She looks wonderful. However, the technicians in carrying out the strip down, unfortunately, managed to badly damage/ smash two of the oblong warning lights.
The lights between the Speedometer and the Rev Counter are:
Top Row, Row 1 - 2 oblong lights side by side - Don't know what these are for and can't recall them ever being illuminated. Confirmation requested
Row 2 - a single oblong light which is the Handbrake. OK Working
Row 3 - a single oblong light (Broken) which I presume is the Ignition Light but no illumination. Confirmation requested
Row 4 - a single oblong light (Broken)which is the Blue Headlights ON.
And finally
Row 5 - 2 oblong lights side by side which are the L and R Indicator Lamps which are functioning and OK.
I would be grateful if I could get confirmation of the lights as requested and if you happen to know the part numbers as well that would be great. I presume that Melvyn R is a good source?
With Kind Regards
Vladek and "Madge"

Like you I don't dont know what the top two are as I've never seen them on so guessing they could be oil level warning or engine problem
Next down is handbrake
Next down battery/ignition
Next down main beam
Then the indicators

Now this is odd I've looked in the original manual and it only mentions one of the top two being the Inertia switch warning light (yellow) Doesn't mention another

Thank you Stewart. I'll pass this info onto the firm that committed the outrageous atrocity to Madge. (Tee Hee)
