Hi all,

I have a Roadster 100 (2010) with to date very few issues, some weeks ago I had a light come on the dash which warned me of low level brake fluid, easily rectified, though to date I have not found a leak so unsure where it went, maybe just low for a long period of time and reached a point of no return???
Anyway I have since discovered my brake lights are working but only on a very intermittent basis, and when they do it's just a blink or flash, maybe it was like this before, I'm unsure, however the fact I've had no one run into the rear of me makes me think the 2 events are somehow linked, or is it coincidence?
Anyway that is the sum total of information I presently have, so hoping there is some TM wisdom out there that will point me in the right direction of where to start my investigations.
Probably best I point out now I don't have lots of car based experience other than cleaning, changing tyres, checking oil, water(and now brake fluid)levels along side retro fitting small items with very simple instructions.

I suggest you bypass the brake switch to se if they work. The switches have a habit of failing.

The rear cylinders also can weep which might explain the level.

I think a 2010 car will have a pedal switch but they still fail occasionally.

Will get in there over the weekend to ascertain what switch I have on the car.
Hopefully it is one of the above options and not a variation on a theme😂
