My Aero has 50,000 miles and the radiator is starting to leak. Does anybody know what 2005 BMW model the radiator and hoses come from? I can't see any BMW part numbers without taking off the wings. The BMW radiator has plastic end tanks, this is where the leaking is happening. Is there an all aluminum radiator that is better?
I found the coolant expansion tank is from a 745i. I'm trying to round up parts for replacement this winter.
Thanks, Brian

SimonH: I see you are across the POND, What is the price and shipping cost to Alabama USA, for the radiator? Is it all aluminum?

Let me jump in... from looking at them in his works yes, they are all alloy.

So not massively heavy, just the sort of thing FedEx or DHL ship well.

Perhaps have a chat with one of the US morgan dealers and see if you can get it put in a common parts shipment ? Small payment for their troubles ?

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
