I wear a Patek World time most days and from time to time a Patek Neptune. On the motorbike when overseas, the Citizen World time as it's not worth the hassle with the insurance company on the Patek's

That must be why my Morgan watch is a Meistersinger Monograph

It only has an hour hand, no minute hand as such.

Perfectly accurate but if you want to read a watch to a fraction of a minute buy an Omega. Rolex, I have one, but for me Omega is much better.

I would love an Omega Dark side of the Moon Speedmaster but €10K is more than I want to spend on a watch.

I also have this, which costs a lot less and has a fraction of the weight.

I was looking at sandalwood watches the other day, I quite fancy having a nice smelling watch that was in keeping with the mog!

I'm not familiar with Meistersinger, but that watch is a thing of beauty. I love the colouring: the blue steel hour & second hands, the champagne face and sub dials.

I know I can only wear them one at a time, but it's all too easy to convince yourself you 'need' another watch...

I've quite a few,... 66 Breitling Navitimer, 70 Omega Speedmaster, Heuer Monaco, Breitling Superocean Heritage, 77 Seiko Pepsi Chrono, 75 Seiko Diver, 80's Seiko Diver, a couple of Russian ones, a Hammond, and half a dozen odds.

Quite fancy a Seamaster.. you can't have too many watches!

+1 for the Seiko.Skx 007. Tells the time, reliable as an old mower. Love it.

I seem to apply that to camera kit (and handheld ham radios)...

Seems it has a name, all this collecting: GAS - Gear Acquisition Syndrome... grin2
