Hello from Northern-Germany,
since May 19th 2017 I and my better half are proud owners of a green 80th Anniversary 4/4 which we have bought at Morgan Park in Hamburg, Germany. Up to now we've driven 1000 miles and first service is due. People are smiling at us when on the road and very often we're told what a nice car it is and getting asked for the year of built. It has been great fun so far and surely will be for the time ahead of us.
Where's light there's shadow:
We have some minor issues so far which I would like to mention:
(1) Two of the Smith's instruments show fogging which disappears after driving for about an hour.
(2) The driver's wing mirror popped out suddenly at 80 mph.
(3) Appearance of water spots under the engine after driving without having AC.
