What a difference a day makes: The top of the Furka pass today with PaulV and Planenut: That's more like it! I hope the better weather continues and wish you all an enjoyable & safe trip home.

So a great drive today to Freudenstadt from Konstance and it's such a nice place - we've met up with a few morgan 4 wheelers too.
Engine fan packed up so checked & changed a blown fuse and were all good again
Quick freshen up then a couple of beers before the others get here - me thinks

There was a brooklands here. Really? Are there pictyures of this car? I'd like to know more, especially if its owner has created his own exhausts, or modified them, what experience he has? I have clocked during these 3 troubled years of ownership only about 12.000 kms with my own, and I consider myself a long distance runner (as anyone that knows my posting history knows), but so far no exhaust set has lasted more than consecutive 3.000 kms without cracking (and some a lot less), so any dream of attending a M3W Jungfrau-Treffen (and back) is squashed by previous experience and reasoned thought. If the owner of that Brooklands isn't a TMer I won't be able to contact him, but in any case if there are pictures of that car's exhausts I'd be very interested in viewing them!
