so it sold for £80k plus buyers premium. So quite a bit under the current asking prices for the few cars for sale at the minute.

But maybe a more realistic indication of their market worth.. There are a lot of classics being offered around at silly asking prices, and you wonder just how many of them actually sell and what for. Many are on a sale or return basis.
There is a Ferrari auction coming up on the 9th with 150 lots many in the multi millions. It will be interesting to see how many actually sell. The large number of pretty original high end cars is itself an indication of a market maybe topping out.

£80k sounds like someone has had a bargain. Yes. And if it's a dealer watch out for it being advertised shortly with a £100k+++ price tag. Though I hope it went to someone who wants to keep it.

Good price for someone and an indication that the owner was keen to move it on. Its a strange market at the moment: some models instantly achieving crazy prices while others seem very slow to sell and i wonld include the aero's in this group.

A great buy for whoever bought it, particularly as it is Prince John Radziwill's original one-off which created the Aeromax.
A blue chip investment for sure.

Looks like I am one of the few who own an Aero, live in Switzerland and not being a prince. That's sad
