I changed my Plus 8 for a Caterham, which I built myself, in 1990. I would like both back again now but at 74 I doubt I could get into a Caterham - that's the reason I sold my Elise last year! Still looking for a Morgan though.

Lovely and certainly puts the price of a Three Wheeler into perspective! I know the S&S X Wedge is expensive but even so.........🙄

I test drove the Caterham before I bought the +8 and liked very much. But the wife really wanted the +8.

Looks good and will be in demand I'm sure.

I wonder if they charge extra to take the passenger seat out? doh

Won't exactly give you the drive of your life, and you'll create a cortege of every day transport behind you. A desparate exercise by "New Caterham" to bolster a range of cars that really have no where to go in terms of further development.
It looks like a return to Chapman era, in terms of drver satisfaction the model maxed out with the original supersprint.....135bhp kent crossflow with a wonderful soundtrack courtesy of 2 x 40 dcoe webers, live axle, simplicity immortalized.
But thats my humble opinion owning one for 15 years but also previously owning a new 2007 sigma engined car.

Having driven an 80 bhp model ( at Oakmere btw) I thought it was just great.

Bags of power and fun with it - this latest version is now 100bhp - so even more fun!

My only comment would be that it revs its whatisits off - as you would expect - but the Turbo is simply brilliant!
