I live in Kuwait and the ambient temperature in the summer reaches 140 degrees F.
I am seriously considering adding an oil cooler to M3W engine. I cam across the ultra cool reefer
www.ultracoolfl.com and contacted them. They told me they have sold to M3W owners but they didn't get feed back from them.
Any one used these oil coolers or any other suggestions to keep the engine Temp down?

Osama, check out Morgancustom.net

Emil makes a great kit and he is super helpful.

I like the fans on the ultracool. But getting that adapter on to the oil filter seems to be a bit of a chore from others that have installed it. I know that Emil's kit just taps into the existing oil lines so that might be a simpler install

I saw his kit which looks nice and well sorted out, but in the kind of weather I live in plus high traffic I would rather go for Fan assisted cooler.

I have the Morgancustom oil cooler on my 3W. My wife ordered it for me as a gift months before taking delivery of my 3W. I had it installed by the dealer when I took it in for it's first service. It's been on for around 400 miles. I can't say enough superlative things about it. Quality of parts, fit and finish, and my dealer echos my enthusiasm in the installation and customer support (they called Emil, the owner, to ask a few questions evedently). By appearances, it is right in line with the design and style of the morgan.

As for the electric fans, call up or email Emil, his website says he is able to work with the customer and his 3W has quite a bit of work on it (mechanical and electrical). Having the cooler on my car, I don't think it would take much work to mount a fan or two and tap in to the urban cooling kit wiring.

I have just sent him an email asking if he could make an oil cooler with a fan? I'll see what he could come up with.

If you haven't done so already, I would suggest changing out the factory exhaust to the Magnaflow Mufflers or Stage 1 and take off any exhaust pipe wraps.

Osama, hi.
What's the difference with the stage 2?
I've opted for the stage 3 my self.

John.
