- how about a LED light upgrade a la Aeroman (Brian)?

It could look really good with the Cibies and has got to help when you are 'pressing on' to reach your cabin in the woods..... innocent

Nice!
I have done some upgrades from Mulfab (Steering and Suspension), Librands (Exhausts), Wolf (Bonnet Stays), MK Holztechnik (Part to dashboard), Defa (alarm) and MorganPark (Holzlenkräder,++).
In addition (recommended), I have included a Quaife ATB Limited Slip Differential, and winter tires with spikes. (++ some home made stuff).
After a 7000 km summer trip to the French Alps this year I am ready for new improvements!
I could imagine, for example, rear shock absorbers that can be adjusted in height. We need that when we are heavily loaded for longer trips! And maybe something about the brakes. Need a little more brake-power at high speeds on German highways (highways are not fun, but sometimes there are some road transport stages).

All great ideas !!!

definitely going for magnicor leads + new plugs so far and like the idea of LED lights James.

Will upgrade front suspension with Mulfab when kingpins are shot.

I have two aluminium samples of stamped louvres that I "produced" at run for the hills this year...got to find a use for them !!!...cos more louvres are cool (literally)

Oh I already have a fund set aside for aluminium radiator but so far no issues with mine but will change if any European long trips envisaged in the future I think.

Toyed with the wheel change idea of Dunlop C type 50s style...enquired with Frontline at Goodwood Revival but:

£1800 for 4 inc vat but the major downside was how heavy the wheels were with the steel hub convertors.

How about a hardtop..?

We need about four people to make a 'buck' cost effective to produce..

Steve..do like the look of a hardtop and if I had two Morgans like some on here I would have one but I really like the open top experience and I believe the hardtop would amplify and contain all road noise,..and would drown out the voices in my head telling me to be nice to people !!

I've thought long and hard about this and concluded it is the wrong way to go.

Why?

It seems to me that the ONLY reason for a roof is to keep dry when it is raining.
The standard Morgan Easy UP hood achieves that result.

A hard top would be much more of a faff to fit and store, so would be left on more than it really should be.
It would destroy the essential impulsive nature of Morgan ownership and use, and it could also be noisy.

So, I've struck this idea off my "Tarka Bucket" List!
