When was the last production of F4 3 wheelers? Just read/consulted my copy of Eric Eadons excellent book all about 3Ws The last models were made in 1952.The F Super. Neil, thanks. I had no idea that the production went on until then.

If the Morgan is what I think it is (an F2) then the owner is quite correct in that no F2 models were built post war. As I understand it, the F2 was rationalised into the F Super Sports and the F Super which along with the F4 continued until 1952.
Judging by what I can see of the crosshead lugs, its a pre war car.

Actually it's neither pre-war nor post war. The DVLA website shows it as having been first registered in February 1940, and I seem to remember the war (in Europe) started five months before that! It is also a bit odd that the car hasn't been taxed in the UK since December 2015 - even though it is tax exempt it still requires the zero rated tax to be applied for.

Interesting information. Maybe I can add a little bit: this 3 wheeler is insured and taxed in Austria. At least the rear number plate indicates an Austrian registration. No Austrian front number as she must have a motorbike registration

I wouldn't believe anything the DVLA has on record. I have a pre war Calthorpe motor cycle, first registered in 1933 as per the original RF60 buff logbook. DVLA has it registered as 1945 as there is a continuation log book from that date!

My 2015 Plus 8 is shown as an Aero Supersports Auto under Model on the V5 and the colour as Purple, though maybe the model nomcleture has got something to do with homologation!?!

My guide on the factory tour a couple of weeks ago said they didn't make any after the war. I din't try to argue.
