Would anyone know if the seat mounting for a 2001 2 seat 4/4 is the same as a 2005 Roadster?

If you mean the holes in the floor then the front and back pair go through the chassis and so should be roughly in the same position. The third pair go through the floorboards and so can be made to fit!
