I recently got a very nice stainless steel laser cut
DMC embossed luggage tag direct from the
Delorean Motor Company. I usually correspond through the US or UK dealer network but this came straight from the Company on my completion of a fuel pump service update request.
Not bad for a Company that went broke 35 years ago.
Even more impressive was the direct response I got from the
Chairman of the Mitsubishi Motor Corporation in Japan within a week of me firing off a note regarding poor service in their Sydney dealership...
I wonder if people expect responses from the likes of BMW or Mercedes? Surely the approach should be through your dealer. It's for them to deal with the factory.
But then....perhaps I am expecting too much 🙄
