OMG sorry to read this Wilson - sometimes when Sods Law is hard at work things go from bad to worse then to the ridiculous.
I do so hope that this is very soon resolved for you - keep us posted.

Actually we told the dealer they would require latest bevel box mountings as per the NVH kit for the new chassis.
Sadly they were never ordered.
After talking with Wilson yesterday we have arranged to ship the necessary parts directly to RD Racing to avoid further delays.
It's not always our fault!
Mark Evans Doesn't make sense to me. Since you (the factory) know which parts are essential to fit the revised chassis to a specific car why isn't it dispatched as a kit ?

do not want to put oil on fire, but took me 7 month to get new chassis sorted out, part Morgan, part dealer.

Sorry to have to reply on a public forum.
The brackets you think are missing for the bevel box are actually part of the new chassis you've received.
I've emailed you pictures.
Saddened you decided to post on here before awaiting a response from the factory.

Often there is NO response from the factory. That has been my personal experience and demonstrated in the attached post. I can well understand the customer frustration.
Saddened you decided to post on here before awaiting a response from the factory.

I wonder if people expect responses from the likes of BMW or Mercedes? Surely the approach should be through your dealer. It's for them to deal with the factory.
But then....perhaps I am expecting too much 🙄

I recently got a very nice stainless steel laser cut DMC embossed luggage tag direct from the Delorean Motor Company. I usually correspond through the US or UK dealer network but this came straight from the Company on my completion of a fuel pump service update request. Not bad for a Company that went broke 35 years ago. Even more impressive was the direct response I got from the Chairman of the Mitsubishi Motor Corporation in Japan within a week of me firing off a note regarding poor service in their Sydney dealership... I wonder if people expect responses from the likes of BMW or Mercedes? Surely the approach should be through your dealer. It's for them to deal with the factory.
