It does but there was another form a 8 & a half by 11 full sheet checklist (A4)

It should also have "check oil tank rubber seal for security and condition" In case its breaking up and about to starve the V twin of its oil supply. Yes they do break up and do just that. Well my 2015 did - several days after its first service at a dealer who should know better!

My oil tank seal crumbled! removed oil tank washed out (and lines to engine) new filter new oil, make new seal from oil resistant rubber and larger washer,all good so far flag

Maybe I will end up having the dealer do the first service after all. And then do all the subsequent ones myself.

In the UK you loose the warranty if the handbook is not dealer stamped with service intervals. Is it different in the USA?

Not in the US and hard to believe it’s that way anywhere. If you have the receipt from the work being done that should suffice. In the US you don’t even have to have oil changes done by the dealer during warranty, just proof it was done at all.
