Morning Gents,
Is anyone attending CLM this year?
In essence, I asked for a ticket (or at least to buy a ticket) for my 40th to CLM (I've always wanted to go, but never been able to create a window to make it happen).
Is there a Talk Morgan organised trip? Or is could anyone offer some tips and advice?
Camping, hotel? etc...

As Graham has rightly copied the thread its all about Vinmog , but you may now be too late for booking with him , e mail him and see what he says ! Quentin was telling me at the weekend that they have secured further rooms, so worth getting in touch with Vinmog.

To get the full Le Mans experience I would say camping is a must, it's the only way to be on the circuit for the full 24 hours.

I've always camped on my visits to the 24 Hour, but used hotels for the Classic. Camping at the 24 Hour is brilliant, and for the circuit campsites, think Bartertown from Mad Max.   But I do like being in a hotel for the Classic, as we tend to make it more of a holiday, staying on for a few nights after the event.

I have been in touch with Vinmog about camping - they say it could be December before details are available - they will contact me in due course (hopefully).

Yes , camping is ok , you don't get much sleep though , its quite loud on the circuit !! Don't think there are any sound restrictions !
