Trying to understand Morgans numbering system. The number 27704 is stamped under the right seat forward edge of my 2017 M3W. What does this indicate?

Just picked up a 2017 M3W.... rented one for the afternoon at the factory this spring and my wife and I quickly go hooked! Had planned to order a new one from Linda & Larry at Morgan Motors of New England (great people who really know Morgans), but while trying to sell my 53 MGTD to make room, Robert Boston at Morgan America in Tucker, Georgia said "I'll take your TD in partial trade on one of the new 2017 3-wheelers I have in stock!" We are really getting a kick out of the 3-wheeler!
