Hi All, opened up the fuse area today expecting to see a nice serial port staring back at me... how wrong I was. Where the hell is it? I'm guessing it's in there somewhere as it's marked on the top of the box as being in there!
I've checked under the steering column and cabin wiring and no luck?

- it's a trip back under the steering column for you I'm afraid If you look under the steering column and to the right on the dashboard surround (the black plastic bit) you should see a small, flip down flap.It is fairly far back and easy to miss. Open this up and you have the OBD port..... Hope this helps, James

Thanks James! I knew the fact it was marked on the fuse box would probably be a trap! haha

V70LER, I am interested to know what you are planning to do when you have found the OBD port. I believe the ECU was programmed by Morgan and not left standard by BMW.

Sure, I was just researching an engine light today - wonkey O2 sensor on the left bank.
The ECU is a Bosch ECU and then should be fully programable though but haven't researched it :-)
