Hope the recovery vehicle doesn't take too long . I had plenty of experience of waiting to be rescued in the dark .

Congrats...and oh bugger!
While waiting for the recovery truck I'd be inclined to have a look under the bonnet to see if the earth lead from the battery is still connected to anything and also press the reset button on the inertia cut out switch. Bit of a long shot on both items but easy to try.
Best of luck.

Breakdown guy thought it might be a fuelling or ignition problem but didn’t really know as, surprise surprise, he had not come across a M3W before. Car now on it’s on way back to dealer. Wow, think this must be a record even for Morgan. Car driven away from dealer at 4.00 pm, stops running at 5.30 pm and on way back to dealer on back of breakdown truck at 8.00 pm the same day! Think I must have done something very bad in a previous life.....
Of course, my wife, who thought I was nuts getting a second M3W after all the problems I had with the first, now feels fully vindicated. She didn’t actually say I told you so but her look said it all (she was following behind me as we drove her car to the dealers to pick up the M3W)!

These little cars are such the adventure!!! My AAA policy will tow me a hundred miles, I always give a sigh of relief when I get within a hundred miles of home when we are on the road.

My Mini adventures were never so interesting (in the Chinese proverbial sense) as my Morgan ones! Looking on the bright side, at least this car broke down closer to home (the previous one having packed up once while we were in the Cotswolds and once when we were on the way back from Wales).....😏

Oh my word - you really couldn't make it up.

Hopefully it's something simple - my thoughts were the same a Red Three's or maybe a stuck throttle cable.

Anyway here's hoping your (back) on the road quickly.

There was a certain (viz large) element of deja vue. Am not looking forward to telling my father about it as he took the same view of my repeat M3W ownership as my wife and I know he won’t hesitate in saying I told you so!
