Great to see these cars out in November.
I went to the Haynes breakfast meet at the start of November and was amazed at the amount of classics present.

Great to see all those out at this time of year Kenny, it was a nice day here too, but the country roads were still muddy so I didnt venture very far.

Your 80th look stunning (I would say that though), I see your exhaust still hasn’t gone black inside!

Many thanks for that. As for the exhaust I'm considering spraying some Halfords satin black up it if it doesn't at least lose a bit of its shine grin2

A 155 round trip to Allon White for service and MOT. The good news was that the courtesy car they lent me was their +4 demonstrator. Spent a pleasant few hours at The Shuttleworth Collection where winter servicing of Hurricanes seems to be in full flow.

Got damp on the way back - it started to rain quite heavily just as I got to M1 J21 and I was able to divert through the Leicester Forest East services to put the hood up before the slow bits of the A46.

On the final stretch towards home, I slowed a little as I approached a busy T junction with traffic entering from my right. Good job too - one car cut it a bit fine and was then followed out by a moron in a white van. Locked up all 4 in my emergency slow down to avoid him. The Contis have 5mm of tread left but I am not sure I can wait too long to change them.

I usually get the Mini or the Astra so it was a nice treat. Interesting conclusion though - I still prefer my 4/4.

Well chaps, yes I did. It was such a beautiful day, sun shining, 15C and empty roads so the Memsahib and I went for a run through the wonderful country lanes of Norfolk. The trees were on fire showing off their final display of Autumn colours, the hedgerows were alight with red berries and beautiful birds all feasting on them.
We ended up at Wells next the Sea for fish and chips by the harbour with a return run via different lanes to Blickling Hall thence home for tea and cake. What a great way to enjoy Morgan motoring.
Tomorrow is promising the same so the "C" Type will get a good run out too.
What a fantastic life!! hippy

Here for a good time not a long time!!
