I never intended to be a badge collector, and I don't think I am when I look around. But the MSCC badge was so alluring in that glass case two years ago........... So was the MSCC Yorkshire badge. Who can resist the White Rose? ........ And then I handled a centenary badge......well, I couldn't resist that either.......... Then a couple of weeks ago I was looking on e-bay, and found this one........... "1910" eh? And finally - this one turned up soon after........... "1909" eh? - so it changed after 1980...... If anyone else has a Regional Club Badge, please add to the post.

My neighbour across the road has a cloth one of the 75 year badge Dave. Came from his Dad. He wondered if I could find a similar 100 year one at the Centenary, of course there was nothing of the kind... I might have a look for one of the 75 year versions. However, my badge bar is full already and I haven't got one from the local section yet. It should be suitable - something about flying pink pig... Cheers,
Graham (G4FUJ)

I have one and will post it later. After LMC I wondered about doing a Talk Morgan one - I have been asked before but after seeing the variety of badges, it prompted me to question whether there is merit in it?

After the Lap of Scotland I thought my car deserved a badge of the Scottish Morgan Car Club (or something like that). It is yellow and red. I think that cars have to earn their badges

I believe it can be of interest either for the people wanting it in their badge bar of "only" for collection

H3 - nicely mounted. I used the 'upside down bracket' method on my MGB Simon - if a TM badge is feasible then you can count me in. The two I just bought off e-bay were £36 and £38 plus postage. The Mog MMX badges from the club are £27 each. The Mog 08 badge is £20 from the Club (I might get one of these) There are others (local groups) from £32 to £47.50. The MSCC badge (first one in my post)is £27. I would like to see a Trad and an Aero represented unless 'we' go for the TM outline. Or in side elevation Trad/Aero8/Max one over the other. The possibilities are endless.

I read in an article about cooling problems that badges should be avoided. So I've had a badge bar fitted and can't wait to start hunting for suitable adornments. I agree that they should be "earned" though. Strangely the IAM don't do them for badge bars anymore

I think I achieved a woodwork badge in the Scouts. Maybe that's not appropriate for my badge bar
