If it has wind up door windows it is a Convertible. If it has no wind up door windows it is a Roadster. From one who had a Model A Ford 1930 Roadster and Model A Ford 1931 Convertible with Rumble Seat. I had the 1931 Model A while in the Navy fighting the Korean War in Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. Tough job but I pulled through.

I like the name ‘Speed Six’ but it sound more like it’s named after the number of gears
I wonder if the name Roadster was used as it gives Morgan flexibility to change the engine if required
Having V6 in the name would also limit it as there are and were some great in- line BMW 6 cylinder engines that might be used (having said that a straight 6 might not fit in the engine bay)
I’ve just realised having just bought a Roadster (now collecting it on the 12th) it’s the first car I’ve had with a V6
Most of my cars over the years have been 4 or 5 cylinder diesels
I did have a straight 6 in a BMW 5 series Sport about 18 years ago for a short time when I inherited our Sales Directors car when inbetween Company Cars

I thought this was going to turn into a full on punch up between Roadster enthusiasts and plus 8 fans.

But if the Guinness was in a port wine bottle?  Velvet Pussy: Guinness and port. Serves 1 35ml port 1 pint Guinness Pour port into a pint glass; top up with Guinness.

Just reading Miscellany and notice Beamish Morgan advertising a new Roadster for £79,990 - is that right? Thought they were about £60K - £65K.
Amusingly, I also noticed the Rutter advert unusually have a motorhome for sale described as a "Swift Extinction" - should be Distinction.
