sorry to post this, but a customer complaint can be helpful, may be!
Our short July-Story:
Susanas Aero: Electronic proplems & air condition problems ... not possible to drive. (Since 5 days at home ... now okay ... ready to market)
My Aero: Electronic problems .... not possible to drive. (dealer)
Aeromax: Hamburg weekend ... electronic problems ....brake-problems ... air condition problems (complete liquids on the front windshield) .... not possible to drive. (dealer)
I´m sure our dealer and the mechanics will solve the problems. The Morgan company is in contact with the dealer. All is running. Anyway, we´ve another idea about our leisure activies !
... result (Step 1): - 1 Aero + 1 Wiesmann MF 4 roadster.... may be next step will follow. Brian sorry, in this time I´ve no " Aero-based" confidence !.
Nearly the same price: Aero SS (´166 €), Wiesmann (complete ´169 €)
Same Engine: BMW , 4,8 L
"Same" Gearbox : 6- speed automatic
Same Dealer: Merz & Pabst
Same Service : Merz & Pabst
Same driver: Susana
Different Customer care: Objective more individuality and more professionality. This is not the forum to discuss Wiesmann, so I´ll be quiet.
Our sportscar decisions are based in a summery of our individuality and identification with a product, brand, and the peoples. We are since 20 years Morgan friends. After 18 years the problems started with the "Aero-based" Morgans. New technologies needs new quality management, investment in human resource development, after sales management and modern internal structures and processes....
Will say:
Trad. Morgan = < 65.000.- € .... perfect !
Aero based = +/- 120.000.- € incl. electronic problems & known after sales ..... NO CHANCE !
Aero based = > 165.000.- € (perfect product, perfect after sales...) .... should run.
Now I have to read about SLS ....
