Don’t waste your time, the thread was hijacked with most of the posts swooning over the Pembelton three wheeler
I have enquired about the Morgan parts bundle. The M3W had a collision on the O/S front, which damaged the frame, front wheel, O/S wheel, mudguard, steering rack and lower part of the column. Doesn’t seem very much for it to be a write off. I think all other parts are included in the bundle. I was sent additional photos showing the wiring loom and under the cowl.
When I talked around a figure of £10k I was told that they had received higher offers

I saw it up at 15k and thought they were being very optimistic indeed especially without V5 or bent chassis.

I had a similar sounding accident in late 2014 where I literally tore the passenger side front suspension off the car and bent the frame in the process. The factory parts cost 13k usd and labor to disassemble and reassemble the car was 12k usd. That was over half of the 2013 new car price (46k usd not count tax and shipping) and my dealer convinced the insurance company that it was not a write off.
Probably the only down side was that the replacement frame came with the NHV kit for the bevel drive.
By the time a person turned the parts bundle Into a drivable car, they would likely have the price of a new tied up in it.
