first the mudguards : Elvis my painter  lettering almost finished before applying varnish   Mudgards reassembled  the front cover : new number 3 and unionjack

Watching the old skool art of a pinstriper or signwriter is wonderfully therapeutic. I really want to try my hand, but wimp out..!!

the painter was inspired by the American race cars of the 60s Excellent job - really looks the part And well done for going down the paint route instead of vinyl decals It gives it a real authenticity

Years ago there was a chap working at a car coachbuilders who was good at the pin striping. I loved watching him add stripes the proper way when working there in school hols. I remember him working on the cartwheels and horse rigging woodwork on a Hansom Cab my dad had restored for a customer. Also some striping on a couple of bike tanks.

it's hard to find a good talented painter who does pinstriping. In addition mine is not very expensive however the delays are very long
