I just called Mike's team at Shock Factory. They still offer the same shock absorbers I bought in 2018

The price is:
€750 for the pair of front shock absorbers
€480 for the pair of rear shock absorbers

Note that the front shock absorbers are more expensive because they are designed as two mono-shocks

Thanks for the detailed info... but this has confused me more.

I am so far unaware of Spax, ATR or Ohlin doing a different Shock depending on the year... to use a localism, pourquoi?

I think this difference relates to an increase in ride height that was required for Euro 4 compliance. Seem to recall Morgan moved the mounting points on the wishbones/trailing arms??

Clue is in the centre-to-centre dimensions and changes in travel...

No idea what has been done with the Ohlin/ATR options for Euro 3 vs 4 but am aware that many of the later cars were reverted to Euro 3 standard but don't know if this reversion included reverting the ride height.

I don't think there were many EU4 cars built for the UK as using SVA for a EU3 spec car was available. In Europe they would have been EU4 and as you say had raised ride height. For the front it was done with different uprights and at the rear there are two lower mounting points which change the angle of the shock absorber and hence the ride height. As far as I know the shocks were the same dimensions for EU3 and EU4 but in typical MMC fashion they might have been different and they didn't tell anyone

That's exactly it, the first Euro 3 cars are lower than the Euro 4 ones...
it's as simple as that

The shocks for the rear of an EU4 car are different specifications (as detailed by Shock Factory) to EU3 even on the original MMC EU4 Spax fitment.

If you have an m3w still at Eu4 ride height then different rear shocks are needed - Ohlins are also able to supply a different rear shock absorber.

Rare to find EU4 ride height m3w's in UK but quite common to find them in EU. Out of 8 x m3w's here in workshop currently, 3 are at EU4 ride height.
