This is intriguing. I thought at first that one would have to pull the levers all the time but from the YouTube clip at the bottom of the article it looks like the driver and passenger pump it up, sit back and relax.

Ideal for the Life Car! Probably prolongs the driver's Life too!

Interesting, but at the start it looks like a solar panel is charging it up to give it a good head start on the battery charge.
