That's probably the most exciting thing that's happened in Oswestry .......
Guitarists hold Oswestry in great esteem, for it is there that Patrick James Eggle has his luthiers workshop.

After turning the house upside down I found a few photos. I had to scan them so the quality is not great. The aqua car is not in my photos but is in the MSCC calendar photo. Not sure if I can post that because of copyright? The photos are in the gallery section.

Sorry for the thread drift but didn’t Patrick Eggle starting a back Street in Birmingham? Nice but a bit pricey and used $10 Chinese made pickups!

Sorry for the thread drift but didn’t Patrick Eggle starting a back Street in Birmingham? Nice but a bit pricey and used $10 Chinese made pickups! Yes, I think he started in Birmingham, went to the US and spent a few years there making acoustics, and then came back to the UK and set up in Oswestry some time ago. I've not played one of his electrics, but his acoustics are exquisite. I love my Saluda to bits.
