I had some problems with Mole Valley when I brought my car from them just not doing like the said and giving me wrong info

Whilst I was looking for an Aero, I went to Phil Ledgerwood, the impression I've got was that he's not a salesman, but a enthusiast, and he also does his servicing on customers' cars too... thumbs

The only problem is that he wanted 2days for servicing my Aero, that kind of put me off...

I've also witness the "handing over the keys ceremony" to new Morgan owners, photographs were taken showing Phil handing over the keys to new owner, and a very nice large basket of flowers, ok...it may not be big deal, but it certainly an experience.

I paid 65000GBP for mine, and got didly squat frown

When I paid 50k for my car I got an empty fuel tank along with a missing service book and records these dealers do not understand the meaning of customer service, still makes me angry when I think how the whole experience was spoilt by them. mad
