My 1985 4/4 was owned by my father from new until a couple of years ago. It crossed an indicated 100,000 miles last summer, and now sits just a little shy of 102k. Average annual mileage over 25 years of around 4,000.

I collected my '88 4/4 at the end of september last year with 19k miles on it. It currently has just shy of 36k miles, I expect that I will do 19000 miles by the anniversary

Ok, then I'll take "the lead" pretty soon. With more than 5.000km in less than 3 weeks - and the season ain't over now. Mind you - the Morgan is my everyday car. It turns every single drive into a very special occasion. I used to be quite hectic - the car really helps to slow down the pace and get myself prepared properly. For instance I can no longer just throw documents on the passenger seat - now I'll have to spend some extra thought about the things I take with me when meeting with clients.

Because you use it when you go to see clients It's something you can't do here in Marseille or you loose all your clients the first day

With a Plus 4 it's a totally different thing. I had to downgrade from a 6-cylinder Mercedes because of the rising costs for fuel.
